With over 35 years of experience in the agricultural industry with positions ranging from National Sales Manager for large multi-national microbial companies to start-up divisions now turned into proven businesses, Roy brings decades of global human, animal, agricultural, and industrial microbial experience to MicroSynergies, the company he founded over a decade ago.

Roy grew up on a dairy farm in the heart of the midwest and attended the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. From there, he went on to work for some of the world’s most well-known and respected microbial companies, sitting on the scientific committee that decided what would ultimately become the approved Direct-Fed Microbial List of The Official Publication of the Association of American Feed Control Officials (AAFCO).

Roy now serves as the Chief Technical Advisor in North America for MicroSynergies, focusing on product formulations, new product frontiers, and organism science and management.
