About Lactococcus
Lactococcus is unique in that it is a facultative anaerobe, capable of performing in both aerobic and anaerobic environments.
Lactococcus lactis specifically has been shown to be effective in suppressing the growth of Clostridia as well as reducing the growth of yeast and mold.
